Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange and Refund policy:

• Orders may be returned up to 7 days after purchase. (*Delivery charges are not refundable.) 
• You must pay for delivery charges if you are returning the item because you changed your mind. Please contact PINKAGE HK via CS WhatsApp for enquiry.

Delivery charges:

• 60HKD must be paid upon exchange/return if the settlement amount at the time of purchase exceeds HKD1,000.
• 30HKD must be paid upon exchange/return if the settlement amount at the time of purchase less than HKD1,000.

Delivery charges remittance method:
PAYME or FPS

Non-exchangeable or non-refundable :
1) When the product label has been removed
2) If damage is caused by customer's responsibility, such as wear marks/cutting/dryer/dyeing
3) When the package is damaged and the value of the commodity is clearly lost
